At Adelina, we treat you like family. Here are the answers to your most common questions, and if you still have any, we’re always here to chat!
We offer three options:
The cheese wheel: Pasta is finished right inside a wheel of parmesan in front of your guests. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and large gatherings.
The mobile pasta bar: An interactive station where our chefs prepare pasta on the spot.
The platter service: Ideal for simpler group meals.All three options can be combined for the same event.
Absolutely! We prepare individual pasta bowls based on each person’s preferences, and every bowl is labeled with the guest’s name. We can deliver straight to your office and coordinate with building security if needed. Corporate invoicing and recurring orders are also available.
For platters, we accept orders up to 24 hours in advance (please order by 8 p.m. the day before). For the cheese wheel and the mobile pasta bar, we recommend booking 4 weeks ahead, especially during wedding season. A deposit is required to confirm your date.
Yes! We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on request. Please let us know about any allergies when you book so we can adapt the menu and take the necessary precautions in the kitchen. You can check out our menu to see all our recipes and allergens.
